A lot of Lara can be summed up in one word - commitment. Throughout her life she's had to make decisions, some good and some bad, but regardless of the decisions she hasn't looked back. Lara's decisiveness in her life and work is incredible. Her attitude is simple - make a decision, stick with it and see it out until the end. If in case it doesn't work, repeat the process. So far, it's worked pretty well for her life, personally and professionally.
